 Our Rank Structure
Explained~OUWS~ is guided and ran by a council. Some of
the council members have changed over the years, but the idea is the same. The council will make all decisions on rules, direction and all other aspects of ~OUWS~. The Officers of ~OUWS~ are the senior members of
the squad that, over time, have demonstrated their unwavering
loyalty and devotion to the squad through their efforts and
friendship. As in any military, the officers of ~OUWS~ should
receive the respect that they are due and that they have earned in their years of service. The enlisted ranks are for newer members or
members, who by their own choice, do not wish to contribute the time
and effort necessary to reach officer status. The enlisted members of ~OUWS~ have all of the same rights and responsibilities of the Officers. Recruits are new friends that have applied to
join the ~OUWS~ family of soldiers and are currently under
evaluation by the squad. During this time, the recruits will be
viewed and judged on their in game behavior and contributions.
Recruits will either be invited to join as full time enlisted members or they will be asked to leave depending on their evaluations. MIA is a listing of former members of ~OUWS~
that we have lost touch with. They have not been forgotten and they will always have a place to come home to should they choose. |
