1. ~ØÜW§~ is an elite squad of gamers that play for the fun of the game and above all with HONOR. While in any server each member of ~ØÜW§~, while in uniform (with tags on), will give the proper respect to all players. They will not make open accusations of cheating and if accused of cheating, will not engage in any form of argument or immature display of temper. You will handle the situation in a dignified manner. ie ("Sir, we don't need to cheat", and respectfully exit).

1a. ~ØÜW§~ Squad is founded upon this one simple principle. We play honorably like the soldiers and people that we are. We will not cheat or condone cheating. If we're lagging, we'll leave.

2. No member of ~ØÜW§~ will ever use a Trainer or cheat of any kind. Anyone caught cheating while in uniform (with squad tags on) will be dismissed immediately! Remember, when you are in uniform you not only represent yourself but you represent all members of ~ØÜW§~. ( ZERO TOLERANCE )

3. Proper courtesy will be shown to those of higher rank within the squad. Any squad disagreements shall be taken up with the squad council and not discussed outside the Squad.

4. Foul language, racial slurs and sexually crude comments are not tolerated on server chat at any time. You can speak in any manner you please over Ventrilo, that is why we have the 18 yr old requirement, but DO NOT type it in game EVER. (PC Games ONLY)

5. No member will alter the ~ØÜW§~ Tag. Do what you want to your name but the ~ØÜW§~ tag will be as shown here. (PC Games ONLY, for Xbox 360 the official tag is [OUWS])

6. If for any reason someone quits the Squad and wishes to rejoin, their case will be taken before the Squad council.

7. This code is not intended to take the fun out of the game, it is designed to set guidelines to the conduct of all squad members and what is expected of them. We shall not forget that we are all here to have fun and make some friends along the way, We should never take this so serious that we quit having fun!!!!
